Introduced in 1987, Italy’s .IT country-code domain extension is quite popular both within the country and in the English-speaking world. The reason is that the domain is a pronoun, which can be used for constructing imaginative and catchy domain names – write.it, youcanmake.it and so on. This is a way to construct an easy-to-remember domain name, so that it will be easier for your visitors to go back to your website or to give it with coworkers and pals. Because of the fact that dot IT domains are not provided directly by IT-NIC, the Registry that administers this top-level extension, such a domain can be registered through a third-party company, such as ours.
